THE MINDSET

Crev4Cuba started out as a mindset to practice; be independent, embrace your culture, innovate sustainably, stand firm in your identity. This practice gradually became a way of life. We’ve did our best to become “normal citizens” of this society only to result in parting ways from our inner child which holds culture (the ingredient that influences our imagination). Cuba is half of the influence for C4C as an entity, the fact that their culture hasn’t changed, no matter what world view is defined as “normal”; their culture defines who they are, not their GDP.

YOU ARE CAPABLE

Imagination and how humans see the world makes each person unique, society has been robbed of perspective of how we see life. Gil Scott Heron couldn’t have said it best, “The Revolution Will Not Be Televised”. The news is used to retract our minds to fear anything outside of our homes. We have to experience life, and see for ourselves that there’s more to life than what we’ve been told, it’s like we are tied to an imaginary rope that keeps us from having the full potential to embrace our true authentic selves our inner child, The objective is to assist others and let them know that we are ONE and that we have the ability to cocreate our own unique story as a collective.

YOU ARE UNIQUE

Being authentic doesn’t require you to change who you are, but to only stop who people want you to become. People will try their best to bring you down, just because you’re not like them, but that just means you are doing a great job being yourself. People will say that Cuba is doing bad, because of their lack of technology. In my perspective it’s what makes them rich in authenticity and culture. Finding ways to innovate with what they have makes Cuba’s culture advanced. Eventually people will see it doesn’t take much to attain happiness in your wellbeing, it only requires you to commitment to being the best version of you and practicing an optimistic perspective.
